Your Leaf Tier is how you can earn rewards with us on GreenUP.
There are 4 tiers; you will need to participate in our green challenges on GreenUP to collect leaves and continually level up.
Level 0: Seed
Level 1: Seedling
Level 2: Sprout
Level 3: Plant
Earn leaves by completing our GreenUP Challenges. Leaves collected will allow you to level up your plant tier and redeem tiered discounts with our partners.
Leaves are awarded after you have completed one of our green challenges. The number of leaves you earn will denote your leaf tier. Different tier levels will allow you to redeem curated eDeals from CapitaStar at a discounted rate.

A maximum of 3 eDeals can be redeemed per month, per user. Please redeem your eDeals from the CapitaStar app.
Please drop us a note by clicking this link and allow up to 3 business days for your leaves to be credited.
As leaves have no monetary value, you will not be able to cash out your leaves.
Your leaves do not have an expiry date. However, you will need to earn sufficient leaves every cycle to maintain your leaf tier.
Leaves are not transferrable, and they are consolidated under the utilities account holder.

CapitaStar is our partner of choice. All rewards are only redeemable via the CapitaStar App. Therefore, you will be able to see your STAR$® on the Rewards page.
You can continue to earn your leaves if you are not a CapitaStar member. However, you will not be able to perform any redemption of rewards. Hence, please sign up to be a CapitaStar member to redeem your rewards from the CapitaStar app.
Gifts are limited exclusive rewards for our users based on a first-come first-served basis upon completion of a challenge. The gifts are constantly updated.
If a gift is greyed out, it means that it has been fully given out. Please attempt another challenge to redeem other gifts.
In order to redeem your CapitaStar rewards, you will be required to link your active CapitaStar Member ID (15-digit ID or 13-digit alphanumeric ID) via the SP app. Once it is successfully linked, you will be able to redeem your rewards or eDeals from this CapitaStar Member ID moving forward. If you do not have a CapitaStar Member ID, please sign up for one using the CapitaStar App.
Please follow the steps below to link your active CapitaStar Member ID via the SP app:
Step 1: Login to your CapitaStar account (if you are on the Rewards tab)
Step 2: Click on Check My STAR$® on the Rewards tab
Step 3: You will see information about CapitaStar
Scenario 1:
If you have linked your CapitaStar account to the SP app successfully:
The screen will show the CapitaStar Member ID and the number of STAR$®. It should also show an FAQ button on "How do I get more STAR$®?".
Scenario 2:
You have a CapitaStar account but it is not linked to the SP app:
Click on the Link option to enter the details required, i.e. CapitaStar Member ID. After linking, you will be able to see your Member ID and STAR$®.
Scenario 3:
You do not have a CapitaStar account:
Click on the Sign-Up option under SP app and you will be redirected to the CapitaStar website to create a CapitaStar account. After creating a CapitaStar account, please proceed to link your CapitaStar account to the SP app.
