Optimizing comfort with sustainable indoor microclimate solutions for CDL

Business Goals

City Developments Limited (CDL) is a leading global real estate company with an unwavering commitment to sustainability. Supporting its decarbonisation efforts, SP Digital collaborated on a pilot project for an office floor at Republic Plaza, CDL’s flagship development. The objectives were to optimise energy usage, enhance occupant comfort, and drive sustainability.

The large office space, of about 15,000 sqft, tended to have uneven temperature distribution. The space was a working office, so installation had to be carried out with minimal disruption.

How did SP Digital help CDL advance its decarbonisation efforts? Watch the video below or download the case study to learn more.
